RETURN POLICIES

At APP BEAUTY, your satisfaction is our priority! APPBeauty products are backed by strict quality control. If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to replace it at no additional cost. However, our purchase and warranty policies do not contemplate returns or exchanges for other reasons. We encourage you to make a conscious and safe purchase, and if you have any questions before buying, do not hesitate to ask us for more information. We are here to help you make the best decision.

Please contact us immediately within 30 days of the delivery date and explain specifically the damage, defect, or incorrect item, including a picture of the packaging with the clear tracking number and a picture of the received product.

If after 7 to 9 weeks from your purchase you have not received your product or item, you must inform us to provide a solution.

Our customer support team will be happy to assist you and provide you with the different options available to replace the product or receive a gift card.

We will be happy to send you a replacement for the original purchased item at no extra cost, provided it is available.

P.S. After these dates, we are not responsible for the shipping or delivery of the product. In other words, it does not cover any satisfaction guarantee or refund.
